PhD student in Quantum Networks

Università della Svizzera italiana

I am a first-year PhD student, working mainly on quantum networks, with interests also in classical networks and computer security. From April to September 2024, I spent six months in Okinawa (Japan) working on my final thesis on Quantum Repeater Protocols, accepted at QCNC25. After that, I spent a semester in Baden, Switzerland, working as an intern in the Hitachi Energy R&D group of System and Automation, on a project about classical messaging systems, accepted at SRDS25. In March 2025, I graduated with a Master of Science in Software Security and Engineering.
